Hi all,
Had new Ionic 5 just over a month.
At first had issue with no record of charge appearing on Pod Point App despite successful charge.
Pod point resolved this by resetting the wall box PP charger over a week ago.
Tonight the Ionic cable is faulting the PP wall box but when a Kia Niro EV cable was used instead all good.
Interestingly when attempted to use the Ionic cable to charge the Niro it faulted the PP box again.
Have checked visually for debris....nothing!
It's not been dropped or damaged in any way.
But it's faulting the PP wall box for both EVs!!
Any suggestions would be appreciated....
