Recuperation stuck on level one

Hello,after a 2 week holiday started the car and noticed it was on level one recuperation,I always use level 3,I tried to change the recuperation levels but it will not change to anything it just stays on level one,anyideas?The car is at 65% charge.

Sorted,left the car for 10 minutes and then switched back on and surprise I could then change recuperation levels!
