Recently had to have my windscreen replaced, the manufacturer of the new one is from a Chinese company called FUYAO. Fitment was by Autoglass who obtain their stock from a wholesaler.
Unfortunately, despite being labelled as HUD compliant it is most definitely not. The HUD display has now got double vision, the windscreen appears to lack the polarised filter layer needed for correct display.
Was hoping one of the forum, ideally one who owns a HUD equipped Ioniq 5, would be able to post a picture of the windscreen information sited in the bottom corner of the glass - I need to start the complaints process armed with as much information as possible!
Here's mine after replacement:

Hey there! I’m having the identical issue, having recently replaced my windscreen by Autoglass using the Fuyao branded glass.
I was wondering whether you had any luck complaining to them or what happened? Thank you!!!

Hi
Did either of you, get your windscreens correctly sorted out ?
I have a Ioniq 5 Ultimate 2025 and the windscreen got the tiniest of chips within 4 weeks of collecting the car
I am meant to be getting a new windscreen fitted by Autoglass tomorrow and when it was ordered the chap seemed unsure as to which specific was needed. I pointed out to him it was a solar glass type and he noticed the car had HUD, but, he couldn't find number or ID on the screen. There was a choice from two windscreens given by a lady over the phone,, with one of them having a a number with the letters 'UV ' at the end, so he chose that one
Fingers crossed I will have the correct one fitted

My fingers being crossed did not help!
They fitted the wrong windscreen !
They fitted an old Ioniq 5 windscreen on a 2025 Ioniq, so the camera and sensor cowel does not fit !
We have got to make a return journey for the correct windscreen to be fitted ! Another 3 hours to be booked off !
On top of that the mileage has increased by 6 miles !!
Not impressed !
